I honestly don't think anyone cares around the league about this hiring process.

The party that matters is that no one impresses enough to get hired

Silas graduated from Brown. This is his job.

Don't think Les cares about that but I would. There is a real lack of intelligence in the coaching ranks. JB and McHale were both quite dumb intellectually.

Especially if you consider the degrees he has from brown. Organizational development / management and sociology? Our team could use some of that type of insight

McHale and JB's combined IQ probably approaches Hodor's; after whatever happened to him happened to him.

McHale and JB (especially JB) weren't very good coaches, but they don't strike me as dumb people. Alma mater isn't an accurate gauge of intellect IMO. I'm sure Silas is really smart though.

    Welp. Les is the worst.

Hodor is what this team needs. His system fits us perfectly.

If you think McFail and John Brewer were anything short of dumb, you need to step back and go into deep introspection

Seems like the Rockets might have snoozed and lost on their possible coach.

Just sign the dude Les. If Golden State wants him this badly, he must be good.

The timing can't be a coincidence. Warriors trying to move fast while the Rockets interview more 'potential' candidates. This is a tactic to supposedly lose out on Silas and excusing themselves for hiring D'Antoni.

This may possibly be Silas way of pushing the Rockets hand.

If the Rockets decide to go with Mike D'Antoni say goodbye to a long time Rockets' fan. As long as Morey is the GM, I will never see a Rockets games on TV and I will never buy Rockets tickets. F U Morey.

this is definitely what i would do. The GS job basically assures Silas of a head coaching opportunity somewhere next year.

It is not Morey's fault. Morey actually wanted JVG or Vogel, but Les took over the coaching search and he did not want either of them. Blame it on Les.

Despite what the agenda crew says, it will mean Mauri stays true to his mantra that coaching doesn't matter. He fired the one real coach we had in Adelman and then hired a bunch of puppet lap dogs in McFail, JBB, and Pringles (TBD)
