    I don't know much about Silas, but I like Hollins, so I could be on board with this.

    Silas/Hollins is the "establish a culture" route. D'Antoni is the "dig in and don't admit you were ever wrong" route. It's obvious which is the better choice for the longterm future of this team.

    I am a fan of using interviews as your main sticking point in these decisions. Guys who can think quickly, adapt to certain questions/situations, and stay composed are coaches that we want to have.

    It is a good way to run a search. Don't base your coaching search off of other people's words.
