    We would be losing our max cap room in the offseason, at least until he declined his player option. Although I think Mayo would be a good fit as a 6th man off the bench.

    A PG with NBA experience would be very useful on this team. I like P Bev for future, but he is not quite ready to take over as the sole backup PG.

    Augustin
    Udrih
    Ridenour

    Those are some available options I can think of off the top of my head. L Ridenour would be a great backup PG for us. OKC wants too much for Maynor.

    We have a 3rd string point guard already within the organization.

    Don't get caught up in speculation. People spot a small weakness... VERY small & assume Rockets are shopping for another point guard.

    Beverley seems a little raw at this point. But if the Rockets can't get anyone it's no big deal. This year really isn't very important.

    This isn't an assumption. It likely comes from one of Feigan's sources within the organization. The speculation comes from posters who are trying to figure out who they were possibly considering trading for.
