Yeah, I just read that Wes is going to Indiana. I hope that this is true. I get the feeling that Kieff will end up staying with the Pelicans, if he recovers to full health. They are going to try and make a push to the playoffs.
Because it doesn't. These are not logical moves, these are Tillman telling Morey to get out the luxury tax moves. Thats the difference between Tillman and Alexander. Les wanted to win and let Morey operate ass needed. I don't see that here.
The deep irony is that the only stretch 4 that is likely to be bought out is that new guy with Miami.
Been saying this ever since we paid cp3, our window was last year. Just enjoy Harden's MVP years until he demands a trade out of here. We won't be making any splashes in the playoff when the entirety of our sal. cap is locked into Cp3/Capela/Harden when other teams besides the Warrios has already achieved 4 star players before we did (76ers), some have even achieved 3 (Raptors).
Harden, luxury tax savings, 10-day contracts are the new Big 3 of Houston Rockets Thank you Tilfart. Thank you Murray.
I think we need to remember that only 8 guys play on the Rockets with MDA. Do we have 8 guys MDA trusts to play in the playoffs? Harden, Paul, Capela, Gordon, Tucker, Green, Rivers, Shumpert, Faried Crap that's 9, we aren't short handed we're still overstaffed. Trade someone else Morey.
and Harden will be seen as a choker if they lose in the playoffs, it shouldnt be hardens fault that curry., lebron and giannis have owners willing to spend money we needed more size, instead we got another friggin guard that we didnt need
Agreed. There is only one team the Rockets need to be better than and that's the Warriors, and there was no trade out there that would have moved them closer to their level, short of acquiring Davis, Beal or Jimmy Butler. The Rockets need to ride out this season, hope everyone stays healthy, and see what happens with the Warriors. If they lose Durant in the offseason, that would be the time for the Rockets to strike and build the team up again.
Do any of these players have spots in the rotation? Nonetheless, the playoff rotation? They've added Rivers, Faried, House (maybe coming back?) and are getting significant minutes. Why wouldn't you facilitate trades to get under the cap and watch the buyout market? How is... CP, Rivers Harden, Gordon, Green Shumpert, House Tucker, Faried Capela, Faried, Nene Not better than last years team? Stop over blowing this stuff...
There are things a GM can control and things he can’t. Rivers and Faried falling into Waiver, Luc being injure all season long thus far were the former. Picking the right personnel and make sure the basketball team is progressing, sorting out contractual situations are the things GM can control.
