Markieff and House are about the best I can hope for right now. They would add even more toughness, swagger, confidence, etc. that is needed around James Harden. We will probably look at some 10 day contract guys over the next week or so though would be my guess.
I'll take it a step further. DM screwed this franchise permanently because he failed to turn the Ryno contract slot into a 3rd star or anything approaching what we needed. That one mistake was the death of our opportunity. It killed us last year and has landed the fatal blow permanently. I now want more details about our viability during the Butler trade from actual sources.
