Luc's contribution when healthy isn't worth letting him walk

 

Agreed. Letting Luc walk indicates this new "Run it back" campaign is a complete fraud. He is CRUCIAL to our defense, and it's even more evident with Ariza gone. The Rockets defense is the sole reason we went 7 games with GS. Luc is one of the best defenders in the NBA

 

I don't believe they intend to let Luc walk. I can't imagine they'd let Ariza walk and let Luc walk. That said, the Rockets are limited in what they can offer him. If somebody comes in and offers him more, I'd expect Luc to take it. He doesn't make the kind of money that he can let a million get away from him. We have to remember that though guys like Luc make a tremendous salary compared to you and I, they have a very limited window to earn that salary. He has to capitalize.

Sure hope it gets worked out. Without Ariza we will need Luc desperately (unless of course there is some crazy trade for a superstar wing in the works that we're all unaware of).

 

Spurs make a lot of sense for Luc. They just lost Kyle Anderson.

 

Do not want Luc for anything other than the Vet min... he seemed like he lost confidence and played really weak towards the end.... just being reminded of that disgust me......

I would even pass on buddy.

 

Just give him the MLE.. I hate this FO sometimes

 

MLE is going to be used on Carmelo.

We need to hope Luc gets offered less, or takes less, to stay with CP3.
