Almost every player that comes into the NBA fills out his frame with muscle. I don't see why some people are hating on him for doing that. It is necessary.
If he wasn't able to work out for a year....and then was able to workout....he's 22 and a pro athlete. reason and logic would suggest he's putting on man weight. As if 235 is a lot for a 6'7" man.
It all started with DD. That one summer when DD put on 15lbs and now all these NBA guys following his weight gain regimen.
Why does it seem the Rockets are so obsessed with weight training? Bulk up on muscle too much and lose enough elasticity to become injury prone. Once something breaks it can keep on breaking.
