    The UCMJ is statutory law, dumbass, 10 U.S.C. Chapter 47.

    Would you apologize to us? Would you admit that you were rendered my b**** on the internets? If you do both of those two things, I will provide you with the sections of the UCMJ that illegal torture like waterboarding violates.

    please sam- why hasn't holder prosecuted KSM's CIA "torturers" under the UCMJ? you, in your role as legal expert have clearly stated that "it's a statute on the books," and cited precedent for a torture case for "illegal criminal activities including waterboarding."

    why no prosecutions?
