please sam- why hasn't holder prosecuted KSM's CIA "torturers" under the UCMJ? you, in your role as legal expert have clearly stated that "it's a statute on the books," and cited precedent for a torture case for "illegal criminal activities including waterboarding." why no prosecutions?
