Not just you. It happens here a lot. But in this case, think about what you posted: LeBron wasn't even involved in the play and you bring him in on something hypothetical. When you whine about LeBron or anyone else, at least be legit and comment on something that actually happens, like a missed call actually involving the player you mention. /end rant wekko, it was a missed call obviously. But what does LeBron have to do with it? On the other play, it happened right in front of the ref. A blown call with no excuses.
They let him get away with **** through out the whole game man.... I was referring to the play where he just fully bumped Melo on the perimeter where it was CLEARLY a foul... anyone with a naked eye could see that... they hesitate to call it because its LeBron. Fortunately for the Nuggets, Chauncey rained one from the corner.
Melo has a knack for clutch jumpers. Great win for the Nugs. Melo and (esp) LeBron did almost everything humanly possible for their teams.
He had nothing to do with that particular play, but that doesn't change the fact that he gets away with a lot himself. For instance, do you remember Billups's last 3? I may be wrong, but it looked like Lebron hit Billups' hand on the follow through. And that was right in front of the ref too.
That was another missed call. I can't read the refs mind to say it wasn't called because of LeBron. Honestly, Melo gets brutalized all season with non-calls so I'm not going to pin that one on the refs favoring LeBron. Seriously, it gets ridiculous sometimes. This season more than others, Melo has kept his head better than ever when it happens. Besides Dwight Howard & LeBron, I can't think of any player (off-hand) that gets hit and bumped more than Melo without fouls getting called.
Yao? lol.. It really is hard to officiate players like LeBron, Dwight... but some of these fouls are so obvious and it's almost like they swallow those whistles on purpose. Get back in shape, Fatty. Alrighty Prof, fair enough.
