Dude, all Sun Ming Ming has to do is for 15 mins, stand anywhere in the paint with his hands up.. With his size alone he clogs up the paint and it'll be hard for anyone to move freely within that area...

Against the Japanese league.. isn't that worse than the CBA.. Shouldn't Sun MingMing be playing in the CBA at least to be considered?

This guy makes Yao look like Aaron Brooks - and I am not talking about height.

Sun mingming would give a new meaning to being stuck in quicksand. I will take this thread as a parody thread. Moes knows basketball.. I think he was just being funny. :D

On the other hand, I read that there are around 12 agile seven footers floating in china's junior bball leagues. they can spare one!

Agreed, he may get hungry and give new meaning to swallowing up contracts.

I also think if we sign Double your Ming, Double your fun... We can move Yao out to the 4 and have him shooting from distance.

7 and a half footer jacking up 3s at will?

Oh yes, It can be done.

Then we get Sun Yue from the Lakers scrap heap to solidify our iffy backcourt. Add Sun to Ming and Sun MingMing and Bill Worrell will officially retire by the 4th preseason game.

"When Sun Mingming is posting up down low, I'm Spotting up for open 3s at the top of the key and Sun Yue is bringing the ball up the court with Steve and Cuttino at the wings ITS OVER" - Yao Ming.

If he could develop an offensive game in 3 months . . .

He probably has a jumper like Shaq's FTs.

If you want an 7' enforcer, I heard this guy's schedule just freed up:

Probably not able to do much of the "basketball playing" thing, but if you want a backup center to deck somebody, he's your man.

But then again, maybe we should just stick with Joey Dorsey, who is not as good at decking people, but probably better at playing basketball.
