You realize this is a media thats been begging for a new coach for 2 years now. Ever since the superbowl appearnace Gruden hasnt been great in the eyes of the TB media... it would seem like he would get kicked out if he was as bad as the media states him to be

OK, the media's out to get him. Simms is lying and the media is in a huge conspiracy. Considering he brought the first championship in the history of that city, why in the world would the media go out of their way to lie?

No, I can't give you 50 million concrete examples. Why? Because players aren't idiots. No one, with the exception of extinuating circumstances (in Simms' case, trying to force a release), is going to burn a bridge. They tell these things to reporters, off the record. Hell, I could almost write a book with all the things Lance Berkman told me about the Astros "off the record."

It's known all around football circles that Gruden is a jerk. Hell, even moes has commented on that dozens of times. But, I'm sure the media, the fans, the players -- it's all a massive conspiracy. You win...
