Coleco table hockey I had the Blackhawks and the Bruins. Tudor electric football Christmas, '76! It came with the Cryboys and the Steelers, but you could buy individual teams, so I got the Oilers ASAP. Any kind of racetrack...AFX slot cars, Sizzlers, Matchbox and Hot Wheels. My cousin had an ULTIMATE Johnny Lightning racing set.
Star Wars GI Joes Transformers Hot Wheels/Matchbox Legos Musclemen Electric Train set Sand in a sandbox Dominoes Cards Wooden Toy guns that Dad made. Wooden Toy Swords that Dad made. My knuckles are hurting just thinking about it.
When I was little, my favorite was "Smash Up Derby"...I tried buying some on Ebay a while back but I was too cheap... <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/S6a9b9BLyJU&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/S6a9b9BLyJU&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
Toys: To play with: GI Joe TMNT Transformers Hot Wheels To collect: Starting Lineup Figures Hot Wheels Treasure Hunts (only found like 3 ever)
- Anything and everything Star Wars (I preferred ships to figures, LOVED the X-wings and Tie Fighters!) - Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars Also: And of course:
The Micronauts and Shogun Warriors were some of my favorites. I also had the Six Million Dollar Man guy and his capsule.
I loved toys. My favorites though were toy guns, knives and swords. The more real they looked the better. I really loved good quality western holsters with the toy guns also. I would put on a gun and holster and try and outdraw people on Saturday morning westerns.
It's llloooooggg It's loooooogggg Its big its round its wood It's llloooooggg It's loooooogggg its better than bad its good I use to see people with the Lincoln Logs I never understood it Rocket River
My parents have like 4000 dollars worth of my legos at their house. Did you know that the original "space" series stuff is worth a fortune on ebay now?
Strawberry Shortcakes. My Little Ponies. A few Barbies, but they were kind of cheesy and expensive. Those head things where you could style the hair. Hot Wheels and other race cars. A racetrack - Super Loops? I would race my cars on the kitchen floor by giving each one a push and seeing which went the farthest. I also had Fisher-price "little people" with no arms or legs; four of them could fit in this merry-go-round. I'd give it a good spin and see who fell off; last one standing wins. They would have whole tournaments. Kind of weird now, but it's not like plastic people get hurt. I would put a girly spin on some toys; I liked the Lego set that was supposed to be a little house and came with the people, plus decorations; you could even make little vases of Lego flowers. I had a Big Wheel in girl colors. And finally, those plastic dinosaurs, but I didn't have them fight like the boys did. I arranged them into a family.
