That's the one, yeah it made an impression that's for sure, like I said most of them just kind of run together for me but that one in particular I remember from start to finish.
I liked the one in France where Tom puts Jerry in the cheese, covers the holes and than blows it up. It's the one where he gets beheaded at the end.

Another vote for Solid Serenade. Is you is, or is you ain't, my babyyyyy I love it when Jerry's relatives show up. And the a-zoot a-suit ep is awesome, too.
The Tom & Jerry Spotlight Collection is cheap at less than $20 new and about $9 used at Amazon. I already have the first two volumes.
