[QUOTEI think mine is probably either Hold On, by Sarah McLachlan ;) , or Mrs. Potter's Lullaby by Counting Crows. [/B][/QUOTE]

Cool...I think today, I'll go with "A Murder of One" by Counting Crows.

There may be songs that I've listened to more.

There may be songs that I've sung along to more, or danced along with more, or ****ed to or screamed to or talked about more.

That was a bit of an E.B. White paraphrase.

    "Deacon Blues," by Steely Dan.

Better Than Ezra - Desperately Wanting
Better Than Ezra - At the Stars

These are two of my favorite songs.
I wish the radio would play them more often.

I might as well list them.

Depeche Mode - Policy of Truth

    Shakira - Underneath your Clothes

Shania Twain - Still the one
LeeAnn Womack - I Hope You Dance

Then there are more contempary songs.

    N.E.R.D. - Lapdance
    N.E.R.D. - Rock Star.

    Those two songs kick ass.

and then there is the Cure.

    Just Like Heaven
    A Letter to Elise
    Close to Me

t.A.t.U. did this nifty The Smiths cover of how soon is now. I get a kick out of it listening to it.

I guess there are also other songs that I like. It is just kinda hard to single one out.

How can anybody get Led Zepelling confused with the Stones?

quick question...who used the sitar first, the Rolling Stones or the Beatles?

    The Beatles

George Harrison studied with Shankar, not, as he explained, to be able to become a classical raga player, but to be able to use the sitar in Beatle music. It was first heard on the Lennon song Norwegian Wood in 1965 and soon Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones and a dozen other pop musicians were featuring the sitar sound instrument on their records.

    Like everyone else, mine changes.

I can always go back to one album that I find to be amazing,

    The Sounds Of 66

Sammy Davis Jr and Buddy Rich doing an after hours show at the Sands at like 4 in the morning.

It's a hard one to find, but if you ever do, give it a listen.

Do you know if the Beatles ever recorded with Ravi Shenkar? Do you know where I could get a hold of it?

Love you too, though the sitar may be slightly overused, is a good sitar song.

    No favorite song. It's pointless.
