This is sort of inspired by Fattyfatfat's post. What are your favorite snacks/snack recipes that are easy to make. How about good chip dip?

I'll start off:
Clam Dip

Couple cans of clams
Stick of cream cheese

Mix two together until you've got a liquidish mixture, refrigerate for an hour to two.
Yum

Hmmm. I've gotta great bean dip that I'll Post later, but I'm off to Behad's to get some BBQ.

I'll throw this out though.

Everyone knows a great queso starts with velveeta and rotel tomatoes, but what really puts it over the top is adding a couple of links of chorizo sausage. Try it.... you'll like it.

No kidding. "American" cheese must be some other sort of polymer - definitely not actual queso.

Canned jalapeños sliced in half, filled with cream cheese, topped with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
