having all of them on the sega genesis in the mid 90s was my favorite past time. Brings back so many memories.
Let me tell you a story, my friend, about how big of a arrogant fellow Win Butler of the Arcade Fire is. Back in June of 2007, a student by the name of Chris H. was partaking in a game of basketball in the Recreational Sports Facility at Cal Berkeley located in Berkeley, California. Win Butler, who is an avid basketball fan, didn't bring his own ball and borrowed this Chris H. fellow's basketball. Chris H. didn't pay attention to the ball as it is customary in street basketball for the borrower to kindly return borrowed equipment to the rightful owner upon departure. But Win Butler did not do this. Win Butler, most likely, in his post Pitchfork (9.7/10) fueled arrogance, walked away with Chris H. ball. This prompted the student Chris H. to create a blog on Typepad called ArcadeFireStoleMyBasketball.typepad.com where he angrily made allegations as to the effect of the above mentioned tale I have just related. This only led to a public refute of this theft charge by none other than Will Butler, who is Win Butler's own younger brother. This led to a war of words similar to an MK death match. This story in all its glorious recap can be related here. http://www.rawkblog.net/2007/06/anxious-blogger-arcade-fire-stole-my-basketball/ http://acephalous.typepad.com/win-butler-needs-to-give-my-basketball.html http://acephalous.typepad.com/didnt.htm The point I am trying to make is that although Win Butler of Arcade Fire is originally from Woodlands, Texas- it does not give him the right to steal anybody's basketball.
Reptile. Finding him in the pit in MK1...mind-blowing. And he just became more awesome after that. Off-topic: how many rep points are needed for the elusive second green chicklet? I'm guessing 50?
Every 100 you get another one. As Pun said, check the feedback forum to find out everything about the rep system. I usually played with Scorpion or Sub Zero. I knew their moves better than any other characters, and because I played way more SF before I played MK, Sub Zeros freezing was only natural after doing the Haduken so many times.
I usually played with Liu Kang so I could do that cheap flying kick over and over. I also used Chun-Li in SF so I could do the cheap "YA YA YA YA YA" super kick.
This is sadly a myth. After the 3rd green dot is achieved the scale adjusts a bit. For instance the rep needed to achieve the 9th green dot is 1100.
Thank you, sir. I don't know why I didn't think of that. I thought I was inching close to another chicklet, but I'm only about halfway there. I did, however, learn that I can now give feedback as a "reputable member", so that is pretty cool. So here, have some rep.
Yeah, I was wondering what echelon one had to reach for that name to pop up. I guess only Clutch knows?
I will take Johnny Cage and the junk punching move all day...... Or Sonya and her bouncing boobies, since it was the closest I was getting to any 'tang at age 10
