I think they used to describe a white boy trying to be black as a hoho when I was in school. I can't quite remember tho'.
I have a hard time these days eating anything that has an ingredients list as long as my masters thesis.
That's funny. One of my favorite exam questions is to list the ingredients from some type of junk food, then ask them to identify from the list: a source of carbohydrates, a source of fat, emulsifier, preservative, etc. At the end, just to give them a couple of free points and see what they say, I ask, "Would you eat this product? Why or why not?" A lot of them say not after looking at that long ingredients list...
As far as Hostess, I have to agree, HOW DID YOU LEAVE OUT SNOBALLS??? In Arizona they have a Hostess snack called "Chocodiles" They are bacially chocolate twinkies covered in a thin chocolate shell. Kinda like a Ding Dong but Twinkie shaped. I have yet to find these anywhere else. It's logo is a Chocolate Crocodile hence "Chocodiles". Little Debbie Star Crunch and Oatmeal Cream Pies are amazing. But the Raspberry Coconut Zingers are And dont get me started on those little white powdered donut GEMS
Back in the day, when ding dongs were wrapped in foil, they were mind-bogglingly delicious. But nowadays they're wrapped in plastic - the cake is dry and the filling seems to be different. There's no school like the old school.
I know they aren't Hostess, but somebody over at Mrs. Baird's has a great sense of humor. I took this picture hoping to send it into Maxim for "found pr0n". I forgot all about it and 3 months later someone had beaten me to it.
well i actually eat little debbie swiss rolls but since they're the same thing i gotta go with ho hos. i did just buy some of the chocolate donettes yesterday. man both these things are hard to put down once you start, which is why i pretty much never buy them any more.
I've seen those Chocodiles in Arkansas...And my favorite Hostess is the orange cupcakes. those things rule. but the red zingers rule the world. dolly madison makes them.
