man....50% of the stuff listed isnt really "heavy metal"....I dont care what the Grammy people think, and dont get me wrong, I like Tull....but they aint heavy metal...neither are some of the hair bands that have been mentioned.....Zeppelin is one of the best rock bands ever....but again, NOT heavy metal... anyone that lists heavy metal without mentioning the masters(Sabbath, Maiden, Priest) needs to go back and listen to them again and find out why they are considered "The Masters" now....Im gonna go ahead and and include some progressive metal with this list....but so be it.
