Impossible to pick a favorite...heck, if I was standing next to Dan L., he'd be my favorite for the moment...so, no favorites.

So I voted on who I happened to be focused on for the season. Without doubt, Eddie Griffin.

It is early (I hope) yet, but that has to be the most remarkable development as yet...Tied for 5th, behind Oscar Torres and Terence Morris, Cuttino is definitely not getting as many votes as I would have expected.

this thread is a perfect example of the lack of respect Cuttino Mobley Gets on this BBS, in Houston and in the NBA.

and for further clarification. He is the only player I am a fan of.

Griffin is far and away my favorite, but I am really surprised at the vote total for Mobley who I think is exceptionally talented. Francis is no surprise. I also like Torres and Brown; they should get more p.t., but maybe they are "screw-ups" in practice? However, based on what I have seen of them, I believe that they both would get 20 pts. a game if they started and got 40 min.

And at the turn, it's the Franchise by a length...Griffin's running strong in second...Two horse race...Torres is ahead by a nose for show, but the pack is tight...the Cat stumbled out of the gate, but is making a push to finish in the money....

I think that Eddie Griffin could end up being the best player among the current group of Rockets -- if only he was coached better. Eddie needs to learn a post-up move and he shouldn't be taking as many three point shots as he does. I'm surprised that the Rockets have not been trying the first. The latter doesn't surprise me at all since Rudy T.'s first goal is to turn all of his players into three point bombers.

I pick Griffin for one reason, and one reason only... This season has been a downer... Francis' migraines and injury have really hurt...

But Griffin makes me happy every time I see him...

Reactionary yes... But MAN I LOVE THAT KID...

    :)

Why, if as BGM maintains the Oscar Torres Fan Club is 23 members strong, does he only have 11 votes? Get out the vote, people! But seriously, I had NO idea he was this ( relatively) popular...
