I voted for Tabasco (especially the Habanero kind) or "hot sauce". I would have voted for salsa, but salsa is more like a food to me than a condiment. Lately, Pepcid Complete has been accompying almost every meal, so...does that count as a condiment?
Mustard although I also like tabasco/taco/hot sauce, ketchup, and mayo (but only on like a sub sandwich).
I can't believe it took eight posts before someone finally said that. You people are getting slow. As for food condiments, the first six or so in that poll are tasteless, pedestrian white-bread condiments that represent everything that is wrong with American food. (I'm American and white myself, so I can say this if I want.) I like salsa, which is not at all the same as taco sauce. Especially fresh salsas or unusual ones.
Mustard takes a backseat to no condiment, young lady. Do you put salsa on a ham sandwich?? Freaks!!!!
OK, but it had better be dijon mustard. I can't stand that plain bright yellow stuff. There had also better be lots and lots of cheese. (And not "American" cheese. That stuff is not cheese. It has probably never seen a cow.)
MUSTARD I eat mustard on everything. I am currently eating a frozen pizza doused in mustard and egg rolls dipped in mustard. i go thourgh about 12 ounces of it a day.
