He's Mister White Christmas He's Mister Snow! He's Mister Freeze Blister He's Mister 10 Below! They Call Me Freeze Miser Whatever I Touch Freezes into my Clutch I'm too much! (took me a few more secs to remember that one. I think it's right)
hmmm... suprised that no one has mentioned last year's "bad santa" with billy bob thornton. awfully good movie. sure it's still relatively new, but still... it's a christmas must watch.
I'm Mr. White Christmas I'm Mr. Snow! I'm Mr. Icicle I'm Mr. 10 Below! They call me Snow Miser Whatever I touch Turns to snow in my clutch I'm Too Much! Just watched it last night so it's fresh in my head!
This Friday...... Holiday Episodes on FOX! Haha, you said North Pole... What better way to celebrate the holidays than with a double-dose of animated cheer? FOX will be airing back-to-back episodes of Family Guy on Friday, Dec. 10th starting at 9/8c. The holiday block will kick off with “A Very Special Family Guy Freakin’ Christmas” and will be followed by “When You Wish Upon a Weinstein”, airing for the first time on broadcast television. Does that count as a new episode? I’m gonna say yes. And you thought you could have the holidays without Gene Simmons and a Las Vegas bar mitzvah… http://fox.com/familyguy/ Should be funny, full hour of Family Guy on FOX, and then next friday more Family Guy!
A show that is never on TV anymore. I saw it when it first came out in 1991 (and have it on VHS). Simply an amazing and beautiful story!
Most of mine have been mentioned. I'm glad that Jeff threw in Elf. I know heat meiser gets all the glory, and he deserves it. But under rated Rankin and Bass villain, and perhaps my favorite is Bergermeister Meisterberger. That guy rocks. I also like The Little Drummer Boy Rankin and Bass one. But I hate the sequal they made. Another under rated Christmas movie I like is 'Never Say Goodbye.' It isn't 'It's a wonderful Life' by any means, but it was funny, entertaining, and all of that. On the novelty side of things, 'A Very Brady Christmas' was terrific. That is the one where Marsha and Jan have new men and their lives and Bobby has been hiding the fact that he's a race car driver. Also Mr. Brady gets trapped underneath a collapsed building. TV doesn't get much better than that.
Yeah I forgot about "Santa Claus is Coming To Town". BMMB was pretty cool. I like his song he sings..."It's a difficult responsibility.." (props to anyone who can tell me THOSE lyrcis! )
The only song I remember from that off the top of my head is You put one foot in front of the other And soon you'll be walking cross the floor You put one foot in front of the other And soon you'll be walking out the door
1. Year without a Santa Claus 2. A Christmas Story 3. How the Grinch Stole Cristmas (animated, of course) 4. A Charlie Brown Christmas 5. Rudolph the Red-nosed reindeer 6. Santa Claus is Coming to Town 7. Here comes Santa Claus 8. Scrooged 9. Nat'l Lampoon's Christmas Vacation 10. The Santa Clause (ya'll didn't forget Tim Allen, did you?) Honorable Mention: Miracle on 34th street, Rudolph's Shiny New Year, The Little Drummer Boy For some strange reason, I still have never seen "It's a wonderful life". I'm not opposed to watching it, but for some reason, It's never on when I'm watching TV (which is strange 'cause they have marathons). Haven't seen Elf yet. -- droxford
<cute little tune> It's a difficult responsibility when you accept an appointment from His Majesty you must try to make it perfect quality when you're the first toy maker to the king </cute little tune> -- droxford
Well, I wouldn't go that far, but thank you nonetheless. Watching that movie always makes me feel good, no matter what.
Anyone remember the one with the mice doing the night before christmas? The nerdy mouse sends a letter to Santa calling him a fraud and then breaks the clock that's supposed to play a song to convince Santa to comeback. I can still remember some of the songs. There's more to the world than meets the eye If there's doubt in your mind give your heart a try Let up a little on your wonder why and give your heart a try What is spring without the easter bunny? What's a rainbow that doesn't end in money? And valentines would surely look stupid Without a cupid
--National Lampoons Christmas Vacation --Bad Santa And I can't believe none of my fellow South Park-a-teers have brought this one up: "Mister Hankey, the Christmas Poo, he loves me and I love you!"
That's the one with the song "Even a Miracle Needs A Hand". South Park parodied it a couple of years ago.
