    Big Wheels were a favorite.

I also had every toy gun imaginable, especially western ones.

I had mohammad Ali doll that was great.

I had every toy sword and knife imaginable. Those and the guns were probably my favorite. I played with them for years, and hours on end.

I had an inflatable TeePee that was big enough to get inside. I liked it a lot too, but I punctured it very quickly.

    GI Joe action figures
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe figures
    Star Wars action figures

If only I had enough sense to realize NOT to open those packages because those things (especially the Star Wars stuff) were going to be worth a lot of money....What was I thinking?

It's completely sad when the things I adored as a child are now being adored by the children I teach.... I walk into school wearing one of my care bears shirts and all the kids light up and say, "You like care bears too?!?!?!?!" As if I've picked this fad up recently.... And then I lean down and I tell them, "I've liked them since I was as big as you!" Then they look back at me with a funny look, as if there's no possible way that care bears are that old, and continue what they were doing.
