I ate at a place in Scottsdale two years ago that was started by someone who had managed Fogo de Chao. It was almost identical, and was only $27/person. I went back last year and it had already closed. I guess Fogo really needs to charge as much as they do.
That sounds awesome. I love me some gizzards. I'm going to have to go next week (already had my fried chicken fill this week).
Second that. The Pizza Hut by UH serves a buffet at lunch...that's damn good if a little bit small...but it's Pizza Hut! Golden Beau, China Bear, that place on Westheimer (can't remember the name) are good Chinese buffets. Panchos is horrible as is Golden Corral (but the steaks are good).
