For some reason I thought you were going to say Pancho's.

L'Auberge Du Lac (I quit working in Louisiana last week. I might miss the food more than anything else.)

Cici's kills me. I seriously can't stand it.

Lucky Village is my favorite buffet, by far.

its funny, this thread got me to go to CiCi's today with my cousin and watched allstar weekend there (at least the 3 point shootout and the "Howard got ROBBED" dunk contest). Still not bad, gone up in price but still good to me, the one off of Highway 6 near Dulles is pretty clean and bigger inside than what it looks outside.

Vegas by far has the best buffets, any damn casino that has a buffet, its hands down one of the best.

tried this place when I was up in Dallas last week, Genghis Grill, its an all you can eat Mongolian Stir Fry place, OMG, that place is AWESOME. The sad part, first thing I did when i got back to the hotel after the game was check their site and they are opening a few locations here in Houston, in which I made my day. They just opened a new Mongolian stir fry place off of Highway 6, my cousin tried it already and said that Genghis was better.

is Fogo de Chao really worth $40-50?

If price isn't an option, nothing beats Fogo. I love it I love it I love it!

I don't usually do buffets, but one Chinese buffet I like is the one at Hunan II on the Southwest Frwy @ Weslayan, same shopping center as Prince's Hamburgers. The Sunday brunch buffet at Magnolia Bar & Grill on Richmond @ Fountainview is pretty good with bottomless mimosas.

I don't know if it was you that recommended this before my bachelor party a few years ago, but that place is awesome. The shrimp po-boy is to die for. We ate there on Saturday when we got there and tried to go back Sunday morning before we left. When we got there, the front door was open, but no one was inside and an alarm was going off. Damn, I want to make that drive today.

I'll eat any Chinese food buffet. As far as pizza, there are not many pizza places that offer a buffet that I like. I like Dominos and Papa Johns above the rest of the major chains and there are a few hometown pizzerias that I like but they don't offer buffet. There is a local place called Chef's In that has an unbeatable lunch buffet. Yum, yum!

I like the random Indian buffets. Especially if they serve roti w/ your meal (which I think should be mandatory).

I eat there almost every weekend. It's walking distance from my house.

And I bring hand sanitizer to use after each trip to the buffet.

I love those Mongolian places. Pick your own cheap ass meats and veggies, put them in a bowl and pour some sauces and oils on it and they stir fry it for you. I've been to those in Dallas, San Antonio, even Vancouver had them. Only Houston does not have one!

Fogo is easily worth $40-$50. But you better be able to eat some freakin meat.
