Man, you Canadians are all the same - what about Blue Rodeo and 5440? At this moment in time, my favorite 5 artists would be Pearl Jam, SRV, Powderfinger, Pumpkins and Cold Chisel. ------------------ Maybe all the rulers are wrong. Current Rocket's Salary & Contract Info
I liked the Hip before they were cool, although I admit, their newer stuff just doesn't compare to the older albums (Road Apples, Fully Completely, etc..). Blue Rodeo is okay, but I don't care much for 54-40. Canada has always had some great singers and musicians. Eric Clapton himself was half-Canadian (bet'cha didn't know that) . ------------------ My dream job is to be a Houston Rockets towel boy. Weezer! Yes, they put out two good albums a while back. I heard recently from a local radio dj that the lead singer has decided to go to graduate school. ------------------ "The world is filled with mediocrity; rise above it. Distinguish yourself!!!"

My favorite band is Metallica!!!!!! They truly rock and i love the S&m cd, master of puppets cd and the black album. I use them to fire me up for sports competitions. ------------------ How Sweet It Is! How Sweet It Is! Gene Peterson on the rockets winning the 1995 championship over the Orlando Magic

I'm gonna have to give the abbreviated version of things I like: Stevie Ray Vaughan I'd say is #1 on my list. I really like the Smithereens, Rush (mostly the Moving Pictures era), REM and so on. Also I've been getting into some country stuff. Not all of it mind you, but some. I really like to hear the country guys who know how to play a Telecaster really well. One of the guys I like listening to, although the songs on the radio don't really show his skills, is Brad Paisley. If any of you guys like good guitar playing regardless of the genre, listen to the song "The Nervous Breakdown." Good stuff in my opinion. Wouldn't mind knowing how to do some of that "chickin' pickin." ------------------
