My personal favorite is Camille and I really thought she gave a much better performance tonight. But she still hasn't blown me away like I think she can. I agree with Simon that the only thing separating her and LaToya is confidence.

LaToya absolutely kicked booty. And nice Living Color facial expressions to show her personality. I also think she's the best dancer of the group. Jasmine disappointed by picking a crappy song but I think she'll bounce back. Also good perfomance by Amy, Fantasia, and JPL.

I don't know why i am replying, probably cuz i got nothin to do, but american idol sucks and those people are a bunch of untalented musicans, actually, they are not even musicans and eventually this crap will end just like the boy band phenomenom did in the late 90's, but again, im not mad or angry that people watch this, i just had nothing to do so i replied to this post, nothing against the people who watch it.

I'm going with Dean Martin to win. Simon seems to like him best and whoever Simon wants to win will probably win.

I got three words for you:

    run
    on
    sentence

English teachers were spinning their collective graves as you posted that.

In regards to AI, I had to switch it at 8:00 to watch the finale of America's Next Top Model.

    what?! I'm married OK! :D

I hope I don't sound racist, but there is just something so wrong about a black chick singing a Garth Brooks song...

Just imagine that John Stevens guy singing "It Was a Good Day" by Ice Cube and multiply it by ten

I'm hoping last night doesn't kill Jasmine. I thought JPL and Matt's performances were pretty weak as well. The stylists did a lot of good work this week, making George Huff, JPL, John Stevens, Amy, and the girl with the big hair look twice as good.

If John Stevens isn't gone in the next 3 weeks (with Camile the Seal hopefully going home tonight and Meathead -- Matt Rogers -- going home next week), I might just scream. Dude has NO inflexion in his voice, whatsoever. Every note is the same volume (he's wishy-washy), and every song is "safe" and oh-so-mediocre. Plus, he has ZERO personality. BO-O-O-O-O-RING! He'd be lucky to be considered a second-rate Dean Martin/Frank Sinatra.

Jasmine's "flower-in-the-hair" shtick is getting tired. We get it: You're from Hawaii. Now find a new hook.

I was impressed with Macy Gray... err... Fantasia last night. She sang well. But she's still no LaToya London...

His voice is kind of his selling point. I get tired of watching every contestant resort to screaming at the top of their lungs to impress the judges. Also get tired of watching everyone put on this cheery, peppy, so happy to be here act. It’s nice to see someone that never looks like he’s trying too hard or putting on some kind of act. I just hope to god they don't try and turn him into another Clay Aiken.

New Jack was an old ECW wrestler. He would come into the ring with a garbage can full of weapons, which he would use to annihilate his opponents. My favorite was the trusty cookie-sheet. Pow!

Rest assured, you don't have to worry about that:

    Clay's vocal range

I see... I just never really got into the wrestling on TV. although... wrestlemania is coming up, you know that commericial where all the fans are professing their love for wrestlemania like a dad is trying to pass it on to his kids, and then this attractive couple comes on and the guy says: "sometimes i think she's into it more than me" ... when I first saw that I looked to my girlfriend... and she was like "no..."

    :p

anyway... in tekken, which is this fighting game, there's Jack, Gun Jack, Jack II, and something like power Jack... I haven't played it in a while.

you know what? you actually really know your shiz about this show! props. when you first said LaToya was going to win I was like NO WAY. but you saw something in here that I didn't see until yesterday. i like how she took a chance and went with a real country song. Still liked Amy's better though.

LOL. I know as much as you do. Nothing more. To me, it's clear that LaToya has the best voice of the group, so she should win. Then again, I thought the same thing of Clay last year, and he finished second.

Matt got kicked off. Bottom three were Denise, Camille, and Matt in that order. Matt sang to Simon during his farewell song and the crowd went nuts. Sad to see his personality go but with his singing, he wasn't gonna last much longer. I still can't believe John Stevens is not in the bottom three. The guy can't touch even Harry Connick Jr. in terms of range and they compare him to Sinatra?? Camille's got one last chance to get it together or she's out next week. Hmmm...if they think you sound like Lauryn Hill, why not pick a song by her!

    Camile is circling the drain.

"It is... too late for me... son...."
