There is something very Orwellian about Fox News.

All these titty babies who are constantly getting their panties in a wad about Fox News have to actually watch it, right? I mean, how else would they know about how biased it is?

So you agree with the bigots???

You are wrong. Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity both go to varying degrees of misinformation/scare tactics/etc. but Bill O'Reilly does not. You may not like his interview style where he screams down guests he disagrees with or you may find him very arrogant, but he is not at all the liar or hate monger the left tries to make him out to be.

It also amuses me that you try to use one of the stupid Glenn Beck crazy theories (a guy who is not some FoxNews veteran, or a republican supporter) as the anchor by which you drown the whole network.

The network itself is amateur and deserves criticism for its hiring practices (fox bunnies anyone?) and deserves to be slammed for the irresponsibility that is inherent in any network that allows Glen beck to do when he does, or Sean Hannity to do what he does. As for O'Reilly, he is an entertainer and a commentator with a bias that is to the right of center, but he is definitely not a Republican shill, he has a great research team, and more than any other commentator on television he brings both sides of arguments on issues with his guests.

    Which is stupid and insulting.

"Let's all get along! Let's have cordial discussion! Let's be friends! Everyone who disagrees with me or watches a television station that I don't is a racist, incompetent bigot!"

so why didn't Faux news at least even get even a couple of seconds of their own footage and send at least 1 reporter to cover and equal-rights/anti-discrimination protest attended by 75,000 Americans?

while sending a camera crew and a reporter to cover an anti-Obama protest attended by 0 Americans?

They didn't even show some of Obamas Health care speeches this year. It's a propaganda network except for Shep Smith and O'Reilly who I disagree with, but is the best the station has.

Well....if you don't watch it, how do you know so much about it? You just seem very passionate about a network you never watch.

I don’t watch Fox News either – which is why I’m totally ambivalent about it.

Even though it seems like you're calling everyone who hates fox news gay, I have to admit I thought this was funny.

I found a clip from the Daily Show and found it hilarious and true.

So why are you defending Faus News if you don't watch it?

Last time I checked, a cable network isn't mandated to cover events in which like minded people rally each other. MSNBC more than likely dismissed the "tea baggers" as racist. Plus during that protest, liberals here were up in arms over the protestors and kept calling them "tea baggers." You would think that they would stay consistant and be against these "tea baggers" protesting

Oh wait, they are waving the right flag this time....................

Theres nothing new about any of this really.

People really do need to do themselves a favour and stop feeding these overpaid idiots on news infotainment channels.

Ok he is right on some issues so credit where its due but he is just controlled opposition and its fine to watch this stuff for entertainment but if you take it seriously then you need to wise up quickly and learn to think for yourself and stop being led by the nose like an idiot.

Like i said if Glenn Beck decides to cover issues like auditing the FED and exposing the criminals who run it [not that he hasnt had plenty of chances to do that already] and cover issues like the NAU/NAFTA for example then i cant take him at all seriously and whats more if he really is a patriot then he would cover these issues and screw his overpaid job.He is just working the system and he will never break out of the two headed one party system as he wont want to bit the hand that feeds him.

He doesnt take the whole thing seriously enough and what does he care anyway ? He gets his 50 million anyway so its all a big game.

Glenn Beck is just like some stupid attentioin seeking kid who constantly needs to seek approval and be popular and just loves the sound of his own voice.

You must be some kind of moron if you need someone like Glenn Beck or Bill O'Reilly telling you what to do. Turn off your television and read real news. Not some talking head assclowns like this fools.

MSNBC did cover the event. Fox didn't cover the event discussed in this thread. Arguing about the coverage is one thing, but art least in MSNBC's case they did cover it.

Since there was racism at the tea baggers event, that was a tiny part of the coverage.

I'm not defending it. I don't care enough about it to defend it. I just think all this OUTRAGE is silly and pointless.

From what I have seen, O'Reilly's persona has become more moderate. I have not watched a lot of him lately but when I have seen him he seems much less partisan than a few years ago. I think part of this is him wanting to separate himself from Hannity and Beck (who needs three right-wing nutjobs on one network). I think the other part is because Keith Olbermann dedicated much of his show to fact-checking Bill O and exposing him for repeated lies and slanting of facts.

Please don't compare American women to French. If I grew up in America I would probably be in awe of nanny's like Lara Logan too but the reality is American women do not have the culture, savvy or genetics to make it in newscasting, or the corporate world, without embellishing a masculine, drab act. Even the genetically superior like Jillian Barberie are victims of this.

Luckily for them, Americans would still tune in to watch. I say give it a shot.
