Re: Legal issues: Let's be clear here, the merit of a case does not preclude the filing of a lawsuit. It's best to err on the side of caution unless you have no issue with spending time and legal fees to defend yourself from claims. That's just a pragmatic viewpoint on this issue.

So I get up this morning to check out CF and this thread, of course and I find out I'm banned haha so what do I do? I went and bought a 20 sack of weed and have been smoking since 11 it's almost two and this sack is almost well pretty much done. Who decides to ban you?
That was my reaction. An angry father can stumble upon this (don't forget, this is the same board where someone's former college dean contacted him about cheating) and decide to raise hell. It's his daughter's fault and he'll most likely lose the case, but Clutch will have to pony up the time, money, and stress of dealing with it. Can't really blame him if he doesn't want to take the chance, albeit probably a very small one.
