I am surprised the thread lasted, I am fairly certain that there could be lawsuits from people who had their pictures posted without their consent...... DD
I think they'd have a hard case to make when they obviously voluntarily sent pictures of themselves to him. Hard to make a claim to an expectation of privacy when you take pictures of yourself on a cell phone and give them to someone. They weren't naked. Now there may be a lawsuit from some angry dad, mad that this punk defiled his sink.
Not all of those girls sent their pics to be posted, and how old were the ones that did? If they are 16 or 17, then there is some serious lawsuit potential. I know you guys like this stuff, and I can see the fun in it, but as this is a business that Clutch owns, I am surprised he has not deleted this thread entirely....lots of liability in it, IMO. DD
They took pics of themselves using a cellphone and then texted them to the kid. And what does their age have to do with anything when they are fully clothed? You added this to your post: What do you mean YOU GUYS like this stuff? I did not get involved in his posting of the girls pictures. I would never do that and when that started happening I wasn't part of the thread. I didn't quote pics of the girls or photoshop them. Only the picture of himself. I didn't even comment on the girls lol.
Sorry, I meant a lot of folks in this thread, not you personally.... And if those girls are underaged, would be the problem. I would hate to see this BBS shut down....due to stuff like this... DD
I keep asking you to explain to me why it would be a problem. The girls are not naked. They are not performing sexual acts. What would be the problem with pics of fully clothed underaged girls that they themselves took and then passed on to someone else? Edit: To be clear, I think it's morally wrong that he posted pics of these girls without their permission, I just don't see why Clutchfans would get in trouble for some skeevy dood posting pictures of people.
