I thought florida was where all the elderly people lived? Would it have been easier finding a job over there? Good luck though

Show him how to buy and sell on Ebay. He can spend his mornings looking for inventory, and posting in the afternoon and evenings.

You may just have to fill out applications in his stead, provided that you have his approval to do so.

She's not the favorite. They think she owes them everything and her nothing.

Sounds like potential for a clean break.

If you can pass a drug test and a Commercial Driver's License test you should be able to get a truck driving job in Houston/Eagle Ford. Maybe take one of those 6 weeks truck driver's education courses.

Just the thing for a cantankerous old fart, you just kinda sit there all day(listening to teabag radio) and you don't have to deal with too many people.

You might emphasize to him that he needs a few years of earnings at a decent rate to get his social security payments up for when he can't work anymore.

    Then Social Security calculates
your average indexed monthly earnings during
the 35 years in which you earned the most. We
apply a formula to these earnings and arrive
at your basic benefit, or “primary insurance
    amount”

is your g/f the responsible of the two siblings? is her brother always constantly in trouble with authority? i'm willing to bet that's the case. i've seen it a few times where parents would coddle the black sheep of the family while hardly acknowledging the kid who's always doing the right thing. it's like the parents try to appease the bad kid hoping he'll turn good eventually. and anything the good kid does is undermined or disregarded because they don't have to work as hard to keep him in a straight line.

hahaha thanks I had forgotten about that. Trying to market those Katrina bracelets for the West tragedy.

One of the stupidest ideas I've ever seen on CF

Agree with this. I make about 1000.00 a week driving and it is so simple a chimp could do it.
