I agree with Fatty about the Jack in the Box Southwest Chicken Pita... It suuuuucks. It's tiny and has about a quarter of the pita with actual contents!
I ate the Colossus quite a few times during Christmas Break in 1994. I gained twenty pounds in 1 month. I never ate one again. It sucked. Arkoe: You didn't like it? Why not? It's pure fat on a bun!
I honestly felt guilty for eating something for the first time in my life when I tried this. I felt like it was killing me on the spot, but it was just SO DAMN GOOD. It was like drugs.
Wendy's and McDonald's chicken strips are a total rip-off. You get about 3 in a combo and the strips are about the size of my middle finger.
it's all about Whataburger for fast food chicken strips. the seasonal fried crawfish basket at popeyes is surprisingly very good. i also enjoy their king shrimp/chicken strip combo. anyone been to James Coney Island? sorry..i can't resist.
You and I carry the JCI banner here, Max. A banner soaked in chilli, united under the might of the cheese gun.
This may be true but I live in po-dunk Arkansas, we don't have a Whataburger here, maybe in Texarkana but I don't know. Yes, the crawdad basket at Popeye's rocks.
I like the crawfish too. Just wish they had them more often. For fast food, the popcorn shrimp aren't bad either.
This thread is making me seriously hungry. Guess that diet will have to wait until tomorrow... again.
I was being sarcastic - that was quite possibly the best suggestion you've ever posted on this board.
The grilled chicken sandwich at Sonic is pathetic......it`s about half the size of the bun and it looks like it was stuck in the microwave.
As long as everyone is complaining about fast food, I have a coupl eof gripes. All the local BK's shut down. They have been closed for about a year and a half. There is one remote location still open but it is a 25 minute drive to get there. Also the local Taco Bell franchise has discontinued everything that is made with a tostada shell. No Tostada's, mexi pizzas and so forth. In college I lived on tostadas with sour cream. I ate them for lunch every day for a month, one time. Now I can only get them when I go into Houston.
