Cat, your offer for Courtney Alexander has been approved, you still want to do it?

the sixers 1st round pick next yr and eric piatkowski-he got about 7 pts in limited bench minutes for the clips this yr are on a block for a solid bench post player and preferably a 2nd round pick or two

also-depending on the caliber, ousmane cisse could be added to the package above

    DBC,

If I do that deal, which I'm still interested in, could I throw in an SG/SF for Chris Whitney? Would you do Alexander, Whitney for Geiger, Stith, and Dell Curry (8.1 pts, 1.2 reb, 17 min)? The deal is fine from a talent perspective, but I'd have one too many swingmen and I'd be without a backup PG. Is throwing in Curry and Whitney ok with you? If so we have a deal.

Sure, I already have an excess of backup guards. Post it in the official trade thread and I'll sign.

I have Bobby Sura available for a backup PG or SF.
He avg 15,4,4 in 32 min as a starter for the bulls and had 7.9,2.5,2.1 in 18 min for me.

Castor, I have Chauncey Billups available. He can play the 1 or the 2.

He got 5 points and 1 assist in 8 minutes of play, but I'm sure he could get more if he wasnt stuck behind McGrady and Marbury.

Pack is also available, but it would take a little more than Sura to get him, as Pack had better numbers than Sura when he was starting.

Anyway, drop me an email if you are interested.

After I posted this HEath and I started talking about a deal so Sura will not be moved until after the Finals are completed.

To anyone else: I might deal pick 9 in the common draft for a good PF or Center. A package deal is not out of the question, but not including Francis, Vince, or Dirk.

    My lineup:

    V. Divac/M. Bradley
    D. Nowitzki/M. Bradley
    S. Battier/T. Murray
    V. Carter/C. Alexander
    S. Francis/C. Whitney

    Pick 9

Although not a power forward or center, I still have Ruben Patterson available if you still want him. We almost did a deal for him when you had pick #15.

I can throw in pick #17 to make up for the difference in the picks.

    Thoughts?

Ok i have rethought this and decided to put ths out there to see what kind of offers i can get. I am willing to package #13 and Sura or Chris Carr for a lower pick and a starting caliber SF. I do not want to move to the 2nd round unless the SF is real good. I do not want a scrub SF and pick 40. I have another offer on the table that i am waiting til the playoffs are over to do which would give me a good SF and move me down several spots. But i would take an offer that is similar if anyone is interested.

I have Robert Pack on the block. He averaged good numbers as a starter with 12.5 points 7.5 assists and 2 or 3 rebounds. He would be a good pg for a team in dire need for a starting pg or an excellent backup.

what i want in return - a good sg, but i will consider all offers.

    Thought I'd ressurrect this...

I am looking for a solid backup point guard, offering up your choice of two or three(Depending on the player I get back) of these players:Sam Jacobsen, Maurice Jeffers, Sam Mitchell, Rad Nesterovic(4,3 in 14 mpg), Andrae Patterson, and Dean Garrett.
