I'm in work league that is waaaay different that any other FFB league I've ever played in. This is also my first PPR league. 12 teams.

    Roster spots (so many!):

QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, W/R/T, K, DEF

THREE WR and TWO flex spots, ridiculous. Here is a snapshot of the offensive league settings.

The draft is at 6:45CST and I won't know my draft position until 6:15ish, but I'm trying to come up with a draft strategy.

Because pass TD are worth 6, this makes things even more complicated. But sacks are -1 as well. If I get a late (9-12) pick, should I opt for a solid QB? Then go RB/WR?

Any suggestions? I really have no idea how to approach this.

I'd say stockpile as many WRs as you can, and don't be afraid to nab 2 solid TEs.

Ya I agree with M. 12 is deep so you'll wind up living off receptions most likely.

I don't think a lot of the people in my league realized its a PPR league.

CJ2K fell to third, Ray Rice went SIXTH!! Peyton went second rofl...

    I got

Sjax, LarryF, Brady, LeSean McCoy, Hines Ward, Ronnie Brown, Mike Wallace, Forsett with my top 8 picks.

Will post the rest of the team in a bit.

Last years draft I got MJD in the 1st round and drafted RR in the 9th. I knew RR would be great even though McGahee was taking away TD's. I picked them for my keepers going into this year.

Makes sense. I thought you identified two new keepers this year. My fault.

Why in the world do you have 3 QBs and all of them suck? You have nice receivers but RB is really weak after CJ24 as well.

Here is my team in a similar 12 team league with 6pts for all TD's and 0.1 PPR. I picked 2nd..

    QB: Matt Ryan, Kevin Kolb
RB: Adrian Peterson, Jamaal Charles, K. Moreno, CJ Spiller
WR: Reggie Wayne, Ocho Cinco, Breaston, L.Murphy, Branch, Sidney Rice
    TE: O.Daniels, R. Grankowski
    K: Neil Rackers
    Def: NE

His team isn't that bad, but his bench is probably weak. My guess on the QB's is that he will see how they do and drop some accordingly after week 1.

Your WR suck after Wayne...and my RBs can do just well as yours. Plus I only start only 1 QB in my league and getting Cutler in the 9th round is pretty good value and Stafford with the 14th round pick too. What am I suppose to do when Rodgers, Manning, Brees, Romo, Schaub, and Brady went off the board with the first 7 picks in the 2nd round. Take Rivers or Kolb because there's a run on QBs? I had to go for the value for a while and load at the skill positions. I think I got a steal in Bowe in round 7 and daniels in the 11th round if he's healthy. Hey it's your opinion and ok to be critical of my team.
