[Fantasy Cinema] Harry Potter Spinoff 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them'

definitely liked it. I'm looking forward to the sequels.
Only I didn't like the casting. He is supposed to be in his 30s and he looked more like his 50s.
Also if you noticed after the battle that black remaining smoke...that character will reappear.
It makes sense that it the movies will be about that event, and not just about beasts.

 

IMO what makes this film good or even close to great is that it is not about Harry Potter directly.

I do not want to watch him tbh.

 

It's also nice that we dont' know the plot beforehand. No more comparisons between book and movies, which often leads to dissapointment.

 

I liked this for the most part. Thought the 1st half was very boring but when it picked up, it didn't let go. 4/5

 

I really like the speculated arc of this series.
