Nothing wrong with that.... I was in a 10 team league last year with smart managers and believe me when I say there wasn't much of anything on waivers throughout the course of the season. That was with 13 man rosters, so there's really not much after the best 130 players.
Just renewing this thread to remind everyone that the league is still going to be done, just waiting for Yahoo to start up fantasy basketball. The members are suppossed to be: chuichuitrain, fba34, ranchise3, xiki, Suprafrumpy, Peleincubus, Kam, VooDooPope, Mr. Mooch, and me, Rockets-#1. Is a Sunday like during the preaseason but like a week or two before the season starts good for everyone?

Well yall better be scouring the waiver wire everyday because I'll be watchin real closely...I'm sure it will be competitive, if not, I'll be running away with it.
i think 15 teams should make it real good. everyone's scouring the FA list. it'll give guys like moochie norris a chance to be signed up for a week or 2. if its 10, no one's gonna drop their players. trades gonna be hard to come by. by the way, the other league created by that girl (newgirl?), well it totally blows. drafting is ****, had to be restarted twice already cos some people couldn't pay attention. how about we draft the players now just for kicks? i'm bored as hell and rockets#1 can decide who goes first.
Here's a reason haha, Yahoo hasn't started FBB 2004 yet, that's why I haven't contacted yall yet, we don't have a league just yet. Besides, it's better to wait to start the draft until the preseason has started so you can see how guys do with their new teams and to avoid drafting injured players too early. I guess we could do 12 teams, but no more than that. Right now we're at 10.
Why don't you not use Yahoo? It's really high maintenance. You have to adjust your team everday! I hate it. Use hoops dot sports dot ws. With it, you can also draft immediately. All the players are in now, rookies and traded players too. You can also adjust the scoring system if, for instance, you think FG% should or shouldn't be counter, if you think assists should be worth 1.5 apiece, etc. It's much better than Yahoo.
