23 rounds. After the draft, once the season starts, you can put 2 players on IR if they are on IR in real life. You can then get 2 replacements from the waiver wire.

Well, he was the last consistent SS left on the board, couldn't pass that up (he never would have made it back around for my next pick). With George's prodding, look for Jeter to up his numbers across the board.

What is the final breakdown on the positions we will be starting?

Also I was reading the other guys thread and they are instituting a limit on the number of innings for starting pitchers instead of games to cut down on guys adding and dropping players in order to get more starters in their lineup. My question is would this even help curb their ability to do this and if so should we look into it as well?

We are using a limit of 162 games for starters and 140 for relief pitchers.

There are 17 starters: C, 1b, 2b, 3b, ss, 4 of, util if, and 7 pitchers in any combination of rp or sp. All the positions also have a game limit of 162 (648 for the of)

He's been consistent. I think that's a good pick. He got 20 fp last year and got 18 fp the year before. You can't ask for more than that. He's probably a top 10 Pitcher.
