Ah.. I'm not sure why he's not showing up on the recap page. That yellow table format for the recap page is new this season. Maybe there's still a minor bug with the code. He seems to be appearing fine on the week 2 matchup screen, so I don't think it will be a problem.
My pitching is rockin'. Kevin Brown is a stud. Trachsel has a 6-0 lead on the Braves. If he can hold that, and Wells wins tomorrow, my starters can go 5-5 in wins.
Hehe, the cat picture is great. -11 for Traschel, same old Mets. Still a close contest, Wells pitching tomorro for Behad and Clement/Willis for me. Kevin Brown is indeed a stud, 59 points in 1 week is alot to overcome.
Dontrelle Willis is the difference in our game, Sam. Wells is going to need a monster game for me to win.
Two things: The deadline clock, although set at 12 noon EST, seems to have turned over prematurely. I can still edit lineups, however, so if any changes need to be made, send me an email. I have mailed Fanstar about this issue. I have fixed the week 1 standings. It looks like the problem stemmed from an error with the early games being added onto the current week, creating two results when there should have been only one.
I’m not sure if this will be an issue, but I noticed that a couple of my multi-positional players aren’t at the positions I put them at in the lineup. Pujols should be an OF and Ortiz is my Util. It occurred during the last game too. I’m sure the other owners have the same problem. Fade, I'm sending you a lineup update.
Yeah, I noticed that too. Although they may show up at a different position on the matchup screen, I think their games will still be tallied under the position at which they were entered into the lineup. If they are tallied incorrectly, and it gets to be a concern late in the season (ie: people running out of games when they shouldn't be), I will remove limits for positional players altogether (pitcher limits would remain, of course).
In the three years we have done this, I don't think anyone has ever ran out of game limits for a positional player.
I remember someone (Cat?) using all his Catcher games up by the All-Star break Sam Cassell may have that problem this year with Piazza and IRod.
Well that's messed up. Why would 2 Cs be counted any differently than someone running 2 first basemen out there? I'm sure fade can correct any issues that come up.
