    Tough break. But at least he was only a 7th rounder.

    Fade, good pickup of Moyer. I had to drop him in order to get a spot starter or I would have only had two SP's going against Fade.

    Too much strategy (or at least bad strategy) since it backfired in a big way- not only did Moyer not sneak through waivers and get back to me, but my pickup (Lidle) brought a -7.

    Here's hoping I picked up Woody Williams with something left in the tank.

    Let's see...

    Schmidt = (9*3) + 13 - 2 + 10(win) + 10(shutout) + 5(CG) = 63 total

    Amazingly, according to the scoring system, Johnson still has 50 more points coming to him (20 for the no-hitter and 30 for the perfect game) bringing his grand total to 115. :eek:

    Damn that is a lot. But, in my money league, I have RJ and we play with ERA, Whip, K's, and Wins, plus Saves. Suffice it to say, this really helped :).

    Rollins,Jimmy PHI waive 0 5/19/2004
    Figgins,Chone ANA add 0 5/19/2004

    Um, how did this happen? I submitted a waiver wire claim for Figgins too, and I was listed as higher on the waiver wire list than Fade (8 vs. 12).
    :confused:

    You probably tried to add him to an already full roster. You have to specify someone to waive if you're putting in a claim for a player.

    No, I cleared a spot on my roster already. I'm carrying 23 players (plus 2 on IR).

    I dunno then. The waiver system is totally automated. Perhaps my claim was given priority because you have a better record. Not really sure.

    Just wondering, is somebody (at work maybe?) helping you out this year? You have a decent team this year and might finish 2nd, behind me:D

    :D :D

    I really, really researched this years team. I had one of those drafts where everything broke just how I needed it to. Plus, you can't count out luck.
