Hmmm, let's see....

This year the Celtics are 1-2 against Cleveland, 1-3 against Orlando, 0-4 against Atlanta and with recent losses to San Antonio, Utah and now Oklahoma City. But yeah, keep blaming those refs because that's clearly the problem here. It's a real shame the C's can't beat up on the Knicks, Pistons, Wizards and Nets more often, isn't it?

 

I agree completely. He's just pissed off that his team isn't getting away with murder like they had been for the past two years.

To casual fans those are bs calls, to the regulars they are Superstar calls. We've learned to live with it... or not live with it?....

 

no offense but Pierce gets those calls all the time and it's just as annoying. Heck a lot of times, Pierce just flops or flails on the offensive end and gets the foul call. It goes both ways.

 

Yep-the Celtics "intensity" is a good defense, but mostly because they play close and foul A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You see it everytime we play them. The Refs could make a call everytime they are on defense practically, but they just get tired of calling fouls. They
let the game get very physical, until they decide to tighten it up whenever it
tickles their fancy.

Meanwhile the Rockets do not not try and copy the same tactics, because we do not have the "intense defensive" reputation, and the refs would call the fouls on us. The Rockets, when they choose to play defense, have a reputation for taking charges, jumping passing lanes, and just going straight up and down to challenge shots only.

God I hate the Celtics....can't stand KG. Wish he never got the ring. He might be one of the best players of all time and defensive beast or whatever, but the guy is absolutely classless. Give me TD anyday and twice on Sundays.

And then there is Paul "I am the single best player in the whole wide world" Pierce. The idiot couldn't lead his team anywhere close to the playoffs in the crappy east. All of a sudden he gets two hall of fame caliber players and the NBA kissing their asses and this guy thinks he is on par with Lebron, Kobe, Jordan and Mahatma Gandhi.

Cant stand Rondo or Doc Rivers punk ass either.

I agree with you completely about KG, but you're really going to say Pierce couldn't lead his team anywhere close to the playoffs? How about to the Eastern conference finals?

I know they missed the playoffs the year before KG and Allen came, but his team was close to .500 when he got hurt and went 2-23 with him out of the lineup. After that, they tanked the rest of the season to go after Oden/Durant.

 

How exactly is KG a thug?

Outside of the incident in High School his reputation off the court has been good in terms of getting in trouble.
