It also wouldnt shock me if somebody paid that guy to be there and heckle harden, to take heat of the struggling usa team full of gstate warriors
This is why I get irritated with the crowd that says it's part of the game. Playing for the foul is the cheapest way to get points and it also slows the game down to a snails pace. I'd rather watch baseball than watch free throws all game. Players just found a loophole within the system and I hope that they fix this part of the game as they did with the hack-a-whoever strategy.
it is what it is. playing for fouls isn't cheap. Offenses should be aggressive when they need to attack while Defenders need to learn how to play defense then without fouling. If you suck at playing defense then you're going to foul especially if you're not discipline enough. It goes both ways. An organized game is a system. You use your advantages to win.

I hear ya... I'm just old school... you drive to the rim and throw it down with two hands - leave it so there's no questions, no ifs, ands or buts about it... If a player wants to 'play for the foul'... fine, but don't come crying about the ref cost you the game because you didn't get the whistle... I never trust the refs to make a call or even the correct call... (Malone bearhug of Barkley, Renfro DID catch that pass against the Steelers during Luv ya Blue, etc...) so as a player... you can decide the game... or you can leave it in the hands of the ref...
I can't imagine this happen: Lebron James confronts crazy fan... Stephen Curry confronts crazy fan... Durant confronts crazy fan... Let fans just straightly yell **** at these basketball star. NBA suck!
Once again, it's the effing DREW LEAGUE. Not the NBA. What don't you understand about that? It's like Rucker Park, except indoors.
Dude better watch out. Look what happened to Moses Malone after he talked trash about Harden. Dude's going to get his up coming.
I really want Harden to host one of those Scalabrine-like challenges against randoms so they can see how hard it is to guard him without fouling. Can't believe he still gets so much knack for drawing fouls when it's clear it's pretty damn hard to guard him without doing so.
