    You are correct!

I don't know why I thought he had passed away. I am sure I am confusing him with somebody else.

Totally agreed! I would love to go back in time...see 1776...and then bring Ben Franklin or someone else forward with me today and show them America.

How about the same type of thing with Thomas Edison.. I'm sure he'd be amazed that a lot of his inventions have been used and improved upon for so long...

Bob Marley is another guy I'd love to talk to.. I'm a sucker for dead musicians, k?

I really like the Karl Marx question and would love to hear what was going on in the mind of Hitler and Pol Pot.

Instead of Jefferson though, I would really like to get into the mind of Benjamin Franklin. If you ever read about his ideas about liberty and economics you'll be fascinated.

I would like to speak to Muhammad, the prophet of Islam (for muslims) and and get his opinion about how so many countries and individuals use God's message through him to commit so much violence. I would also like to ask him what he felt of Kings ruling the lands simply because they say they are 'related' to him. I'm sure he would think Osama is as nutty as the rest of us do.

Technically, Ronald Reagan isn't dead or is he?

My grandfather (dad's dad) is the first person that I would like to talk to as I was just 5 when he passed away much too soon.

    Others include:

    Alexander the Great
    Napoleon
    Jesus Christ
    Robert E. Lee
    John F. Kennedy
Babe Ruth and the dumbass Red Sox owner who sold him to the Yankees, Harry "Crazy" Frazee
    Wilt Chamberlain
    Miles Davis
    John Coltrane
    and many others

    How about this idea instead.

Since this is pure conjecture, I'd rather go back in time as a ghost in the machine so to speak and witness events firsthand.

    Honestly,

What would be the point of any of us having a conversation with Einstein or Newton. Most of us aren't smart enough to draw out 10% of their knowledge.

H.G. Wells would be cool... we could talk about how the future turned out. He'd get depressed.

...and slowly surely they drew their plans against us.

Tupac, Biggie, and Amelia Earhart all at the same time. Not for any real reason it would just be funny.
