I graduated KF in 91, my wife in 92. You?

I have no REAL clue what is going on with any of my ancestors except that there was a [father's last name] that signed the declaration of independence, a [grandmother's maiden name] that is a famous author, [mother's maiden name] is a common last name in Scotland and grandma begrudgingly acknowledges that grandpa was 1/2 or maybe 3/4 Indian. (No, I am not putting my family names on the board.., thanks.)

Is there anywhere to get started on researching this stuff?

    I got you all beat:

My great great great great great great great uncle was Stephen F. Austin.

Yes that Stephen F. Austin the founder of Texas.

So bow down and pay homage Texans! (Yes I was born in Texas!)

My great grandmother by the way was the first female police detective in Houston and her gun and badge are in the Texas Ranger hall of fame.

Sweet man, I went to Ehrhardt, Doerre (rivals of Kleb, and I actually live closer to Kleb than Doerre), and Klein High School.
