    We have to add a year to the players listed correct?

    Meaning, if Scherzer is at 3 I would have to add this year as 4 so he would be ineligible for slot B and C.

    Or did you already add this year to their number?

    I believe he already added the number, so Scherzer is a 3 this year.

    You don't need to add anything to the numbers yourselves when posting your keepers. I do all those adjustments. Keep them the same.

    Player numbers must be LOWER than slot number, not equal.

    What is the draft order? Is it determined by record last season?

    Champ picks last and then the rest is determined by reverse order total points. Been doing it that way for like 10+ years. Total points is a much better gauge of team quality than record, which is too luck-dependant.

    Yeah, I figure we'll get it going this Saturday. We'll do slow draft with no timer immediately, just like last year, which seemed to work out okay. 2-3 weeks is normal, so we should finish up about 1 week before opening day.
