    I'm concerned about the pace of this draft. If things don't speed up substantially in the next few days, I will have no choice but to cut down the pick time in order for us to be ready for the season.

    Yeah, you may need to cut it in half (4 hours), hopefully that will encourage sending lists. The only bad part is the overnight hours..........

    I don't have a problem cutting it down, but like Rocketball said, I think you have to have some consideration for the late night picks. I actually checked the board at about 12:30, right before I went to bed. Sam picked at 1 something. I didn't have another chance to check it until right now and I have made my picks (Burrell and Posada). If we had cut it down to 4 hours I would have been skipped and Sam would have been close to having his second pick skipped.
