Now seems to be a good time to grab a second closer.

Urbina for me. If his arm holds up he'll be top five.

What do y'all think Mo Vaughn will do this year? The Mets look to have a very potent offense and Edgar ain't getting any younger; just wondering what y'all thought of my last pick, cuz I value all of your opinions:D

Honestly, I don't think Mo Vaughn is gonna hold up over a full season.

Major injuries like he had last year happen to everyone, it's potluck. In 2000 Mo played in 161 games and barring a re-injure situation to I believe his forearm he's been pretty durable, it's not like he has a reputation for being injured alot. I think .280 to .295 with 38 to 45 homers is not out of the question. The Mets will score runs this year.

Hoping Burnitz can produce more playing on a better Mets offense.

I was dying for Jose Cruz to drop to me. He would have rounded out my outfield nicely. I was 9 picks too late.

I was also debating Koch versus Urbina. Urbina is going to get some k's and he's got a chance to revitalize his career in Boston. Koch has the same chance with the A's. I consider them a wash for the most part, but I went with Koch because he's got a good staff in front of him. Last year I was forced to use M. Williams and he killed me. I wasn't going to let that happen again.

    Back to the War room.

Dempster was a great pick this late in the draft. I totally forgot about him.

I'm hoping he bounces back to 2000 form, and I think hell be good. Can you tell me a bit on halladay, fade, being from canada and all. His numbers blew me away. 3.16 era, 1.158 whip 16.6 ftp avg, and he started horrible too.

Sorry, I know nothing about Halladay.

I just picked Darin Erstad to round out my outfield. His knee seems to be healthy now and he's been playing really well in spring training.

    Behad's up!

Cat's pick. I took a flyer on Toby Hall of Tampa Bay at catcher. It looks like he's gonna be this year's Paul Lo Duca.

Decent pick, Behad, although pretty much all catchers are a crap shoot at this point.

This extremely pisses me off. Today I put Toby Hall at the top of my que list (I am absolutely positive I did) and put the draft on automatic . It went through TWO picks and didnt select him for me !! WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

By the way, nice pick behad.
