Yeah, I wanted Delgado, Rollins, or Biggio, but I can live with Colon. He's going to get me some k's. I just wish they would give me all those wins he should have gotten between the ages of 26 and 28. birth certificates, who needs 'em.

Griffey Jr. was a risk, but a gamble I wanted to take. He's off to a bad start too, missing the first 5 games and all.

I took a risk in Adam Dunn, but I think he is the next Lance Berkman.

    He was on my list.

I hope he drives Griffey in all year :)

Don't you just love it when the guy you almost took last round makes it back to you for your next pick? That just happened to me with Bernie Williams. It's like a bonus. :)

With both Mussina and Bernie on my team, it looks like I'll be a Yankees fan this year.

Where the heck is DV? We could get halfway through the 8th round if he would show up.

    DV picked Brad Penny. Nice.

Ren is up, and according to him, he should be here. :)

Ill start off a bit of trade talk.... Anyone interested in Koskie? He was a top 3 third baseman last year and looks to put up bigger numbers this year. Third base is kinda a tough spot to fill up......

If sandbox is not up in the next 30 min, I won't be around to make picks until later tonight, around 9pm est.

Sandbox is back up and running.

    It's still Bob's pick.

Finally!! Sorry for the delay. Bagel boy is on the clock.

How did Glavine fall that far down in this draft?

Glavine is a good pick, Bob.

In retrospect, I probably should have taken him with my last pick instead of Johnny Damon.

Oh well.. c'est la vie. Can't go back now.

    nope fade

Tom glavine is a decent pitcher at this point in his career but there are still good options out there.

Damon will bounce back with avengeance this yr, watch.

So how do we all think the teams stack up so far.

I read somewhere that Glavine worked with Sandy Koufax and is developing a nasty curveball. He might have a very good season.

As for Weaver, he is probably the best pitcher no one knows about. I wanted Josh Beckett and almost drafted him in the 4th round. Oh well.

Too early to do any reviews yet DV. Still lots of work to do.

I hope so, DV. A healthy Nomar and a happy Ramirez should give him plenty of chances to score. I wanted either Damon or Andruw Jones as my third outfielder, and when SSG grabbed Andruw, I jumped on Johnny lickety split.

It's been a neat draft so far.

I think that Nemers has a pretty strong team. Bob, too. Also, it's hard not to like my own.

well I just was curious how you guys felt my team is looking in preparation for a 2nd title run ;)

Weaver is underrated, but I have a few more guys I am looking at.
