I'm not big on Clemens, I'm just hoping he pitches well, but listen to this, He can run 3 miles in 22 minutes. Damn. He's in pretty good shape. That impressed me.

Well, it looks like stink-ass Ren killed all of our momentum. LOL. I'll be checking periodically while I'm doing some production.

    Rob

*EDIT* I went on Auto, and I'll be back sometime tomorrow afternoon.

I think the only one who hasn't held us up yet has been Fadeaway. Kudos. but your time will come. It always does.

I was thinking about making a pact with Crispy Chicken to not draft 1B for a few rounds, so that we could stockpile on the weaker positions (knowing everyone else has a first baseman), but thought Fade might be looking for a backup to McGwire soon... So I relented and took Palmeiro. Not my favorite pick here, but he's fairly reliable. Now Crispy has to decide what he wants to do. It might be a risk not go for a prime bagger with his next pick.

The Catchers are thinning out real fast. This may be a run on Catchers we are seeing. Javy Lopez was third on my auto draft heading into the Palmeiro pick.

    I'm here.

Billy Wagner.. not a bad pick. A bit risky considering last year, but plenty of upside.

    I'm here for the duration.

With Wagner and Hoffman, I got the closer position locked up.

DV, I was gonna take Zito before Wagner. @#$%^&!!!!

Catchers are scarce, so I thought I should take one soon. I figure he should do well with the change of scenery to "the friendly confines of Wrigley Field".

I wanted Dempster as well. I had him last year and really performed. Check out his career stats; he's improved every year he has been in the league. He's could be a good one.

I had Batista last year and he tore it up. He was my backup to Glaus
