He should be on now. Go ahead and place him on the DL. As for YTD points for your players, that's on your lineup page only.

fade, looks like I'm gonna take this one. Clemente lost, Wolf and the Philles are rolling to a win (possibly a complete game for Wolf), and a save for Worrell. If Miller wins tonight, then Petitte is gonna have to have a monster game. The law of averages has got to catch up to the Yankees eventually.

Does a pitcher have to pitch a complete game shutout to get points for a shutout?

I'm asking because Adam Eaton pitched a combined shutout yesterday, but wasn't given 10 points for the shutout.

Yes, it must be a complete game shutout.

Yep. A starter only gets credit for a shutout if he pitches a complete game.

Behad, it's Clement not Clemente. Thats twice you've done that:mad: Roberto Clemente was one of the best players in MLB history. Let's not confuse him with some 2-bit pitcher (Matt Clement).

Dang, he was having such a good start as well:( Well at least I have depth at starting pitching.

For the sake of the Astros and my team, could someone tell me what the f*** is wrong with Wade Miller? This cannot be the same pitcher who won 12 games in a row to end last season.

A -10 tonight. Looks like another loss for me.:(

Either he is a chronic slow starter or there is something wrong with his arm. I hope he is just a slow starter.

High scoring game from Alomar tonight, Behad. As long as Pettitte doesn't implode, I should have a fighting chance.

9 for Alomar, 6 for Berkman

It comes down to this: A Petitt win, and you win; a Petitt loss, and it's close; a Petitt loss combined with a save for Percival, and I win.

Gagne is still able to get a save tonight as well, as of right now.

I need a bigger, faster implosion or for the game to stay close to allow a save opportunity for TP.

It looks as though I will be taking a loss this game. Although my pitching was great(aside from Lacky and non-existent DeJean), my hitters aren't hitting.

I've been checking out the site and just wanted everyone to know that if you click on 'Statistics", you can find a wealth of info. It can be sorted by League Players, All Players, or Free Agents; you can sort by points or by categories; you can check individual players stats (Smeg, you asked about that earlier). One thing it does not do is update twice a week like our games...it updates weekly, so it's a bit behind.

All in all, the site is getting better as the bugs disappear. Everyone happy with it?

This one's gonna be a close one, fade. Unless Percival gets a save, you just may win on the strength of Carl Everett's big day.
