If you mean on your team page under add/waive, yeah, I see that. But if it's free agents you want, I find it much more informative to click on the "statistics" link on the main page, or "MLB stats" on your team page. It's sortable for the different stats, has all the stats, and can be divided between free agents and league players, as well as by position. Much better page to pick free agents from.
Dammit Pedro missing his start tonight with an injury Looks like Smeg will remain in first place for now
Dang, you're right Smeg. I didn't realize that. I have Kevin Brown and Tim Hudson going tonight and Woody Williams tomorrow, so maybe I can still pull this game out.
I noticed the scoring is being updated almost instantly now (Live). I was hoping this would happen. Fanstar is doing a fantastic job!!!
I was just about to post this. I love it! I can't wait till football season. Of course, a lot of that is because my team had one big total all encompassing collapse. But let me give the football league something to think about...How about we put some money into it? Nothing big, just $10 or $20 dollars, with most of it going to prize money for 1st-3rd or 4th place? A little incentive, if you will?
I was going to be very surprised to win going in, i only had 3 starters going and two were playing each other, i have no chance.
40% winner, 30% 2nd, 15% 3rd, and 15% to fanstar so I can get the football upgrade (you have to pay each season for the sport upgrade...about $35.
But I don't want to pressure anyone into paying. I'm gonna do it no matter what, because I like the format and control much better than Yahoo or Sandbox or any other web based game. But...if we want to "put our money where our draft is"...some of it should go to fanstar. Just an idea.
why not split the cost of Fanstar, $3 each if we get 12 players and decide on prize money on top of that??
Fine with me, but we're getting ahead of ourselves. Let's let my baseball team finish humiliating me first. As for the live updates, it appears they are getting their stats from the same people as ESPN. If you click on the box score of Monday's Arizona-SF game, it is stuck in the middle of the ninth inning. Of course, Tim Worrell blew the save and lost the game for SF, which would give him a -10 fp score. But he is listed with a 2, the same score he would have if you went by ESPN's unfinished box score for the game.
