If Houston fans can get over Jason Terry in a Rockets uniform, they can get over Boozer in a Rockets uniform. For a bench player, you could do a lot worse...
It has nothing to do with his playoff performance against Yao and everything to do with him being offensively inconsistent and a defensive turnstile
If you're complaining about the offensive inconsistencies of a bench player, I think you're setting your standards a little too high. If/when we deal TJ (and assuming we stand pat at PF), Boozer is suitable replacement for him.
We need consistent production from everyone otherwise why the **** are we signing them. Ed Davis, Boozer's laker teammate was more consistent on both ends of the floor. He's younger, taller and plays with more energy. The rox seem to be interested in every pf so we'll see what happens but if they sign someone with the expectation of inconsistency Morey should quit
Player agents are so lazy. They try to create a fake market for their player and of course NOBODY would argue that the Rockets WOULDN'T be interested in a free agent. vet min offer IF there happens to be a roster spot available.... probably not going to happen.
These are potential vet minimum signings here. Shortcomings are expected. Like I said: your expectations are too high.
